Directions
to FBC from the South:
|
|
As you approach Florence from
the south (from Muscle Shoals) on Hwy. 43/72, follow the signs that
lead you across the Tennessee River on O’Neal Bridge. Where Hwy 43 & 157
turn right, you continue straight following the sign
marked “UNA/ Downtown”. In 6 blocks turn right on
Tennessee Street. Go 2 blocks then turn left on Wood Avenue.
You will see the facilities of First Baptist Church once you are on
Wood Avenue.

The FBC parking area is on the right as you
approach the church. Enter the Worship Center through
the front doors that face Wood Avenue.

To reach the church offices,
go through the parking lot past the flag poles until you see a covered
entrance on the southwest corner of the FBC campus at the corners of
Walnut & Mobile Streets. The FBC offices are just inside this covered
entrance. Our offices are open 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM Monday

Directions to FBC from
the East:
|
|
As you approach FBC from the East
(I/65 & Athens) on Highway 72 you will pass through the small towns
of Rogersville, then Killen. Continue westward until you reach
Florence.

Continue straight on Highway 72
until you go under an overpass at Helton Drive. When you pass a
Jack’s restaurant on the right, get in the right-hand lane. Where
Hwy. 72 veers to the left, you continue straight following
the sign marked “UNA/Downtown”. Go 4 blocks then turn right
on Wood Avenue. You will see the facilities of First Baptist Church
once you are on Wood Avenue.
