I have read the Wedding Policies of First Baptist Church governing the use of its facilities and agree to abide by these policies. I understand that First Baptist Church is a house of worship and the wedding party and myself will regard it as such. I understand that I am responsible for any damages that might occur during the use of these facilities.

 

I understand that the deposit of $150 will be held in good trust and that this fee will be returned to me after the wedding provided that there are no damages or misuse to the properties that would require the expending of the funds. This deposit can be used toward paying additional janitorial service that First Baptist Church would be required to provide.

[2] A deposit of $150 is required when the application has been approved. This fee will be returned after the date of the wedding provided there is no damage, misuse of the facilities or extra janitorial services required. Once your application has been approved, you will be notified and you are required to submit a deposit. No wedding date is placed on the FBC calendar until a deposit is received.
